Principal - Bec Lomman

Bec is a political scientist by trade, with 25 years’ experience working across government, investment banking, and agriculture. She spent 12 years developing her strategy and communication skills with leading global investment banks in London and Sydney, before establishing Arcadian Communications and Research in 2012.

Bec works closely with leaders and their teams to develop concise and functional strategic plans. She is also an award-winning communications specialist with a passion for creating clear, compelling, and persuasive communications and political advocacy campaigns for diverse audiences.

Bec and her family spent 12 years living in remote southwest Queensland (St George) before relocating to the Sunshine Coast in 2025. Bec supports clients throughout regional and rural Queensland. She loves a road trip and is always happy to have an excuse to travel.
